The App may allow you to connect accounts from third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, or other supported services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. By connecting an account, you authorize Leapwave to access data made available through the platform's API based on your permissions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leapwave shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
